Terms and Conditions

PrintForge Packaging

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the PrintForge Packaging website and the services offered through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms described below. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website.

PrintForge Packaging reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of Website

The content available on this website is provided for informational and business purposes. Users agree to use the website responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Any misuse of the website, including attempts to interfere with its operation, unauthorized access, or use of automated tools to collect information from the website, is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the PrintForge Packaging website, including text, graphics, images, product descriptions, designs, logos, and website layout, is the property of PrintForge Packaging and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from PrintForge Packaging.

We may display examples of packaging designs or printed boxes for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the customer specifically requests confidentiality in writing.

Orders and Payments

PrintForge Packaging provides customized packaging solutions tailored to each customer’s specific requirements. Because each project varies in size, materials, printing specifications, and quantity, prices are not displayed directly on the website.

Customers may request a quote by submitting their project details through the website, email, or by contacting our sales team. Once the project specifications are reviewed, a detailed quotation will be provided.

Production will begin only after the customer approves the quotation, confirms the final artwork proof, and the required payment has been received. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.

PrintForge Packaging reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

Artwork and Design Files

Customers submitting artwork or design files confirm that they have the legal right to use all images, logos, trademarks, fonts, and other materials included in the design.

To ensure the best print quality, artwork files should ideally be submitted in CMYK color format with a resolution of 300 DPI. PrintForge Packaging is not responsible for quality issues caused by low-resolution images, incorrect color formats, or improperly prepared files.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork is accurate and ready for printing.

Proof Approval

Before production begins, customers will receive a digital proof of the packaging design for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the proof for any errors including spelling, layout, image placement, and design alignment.

Once the proof has been approved and production begins, PrintForge Packaging cannot be held responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Due to limitations of printing processes and differences between screens and printed materials, minor color variations may occur.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited time before production begins. Once an order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

If cancellation is accepted after work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover design work, preparation, and other production costs already incurred.

Returns and Reprints

As all products are custom manufactured, PrintForge Packaging generally does not accept returns.

If a manufacturing defect or printing error occurs due to our mistake, customers must notify us within three (3) business days of receiving the order. Customers may be asked to provide photos or documentation of the issue.

If the problem is confirmed, PrintForge Packaging may offer a reprint of the affected items.

Quantity Variations

Due to the nature of commercial printing and packaging production, final delivered quantities may vary slightly. Orders may include up to 5% more or fewer units than the original quantity ordered. Any extra units provided will not incur additional charges.

Shipping and Delivery

Production turnaround begins once the final artwork proof has been approved and payment has been received.

While PrintForge Packaging makes every effort to meet estimated delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if packages must be redirected due to incorrect address details.

Limitation of Liability

PrintForge Packaging will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

Changes to Terms

PrintForge Packaging may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will become effective immediately once posted on this page.
